How to find Error in English Sentence Part 2nd

Rule No. 19th :- These nouns are always used as singular nouns:-
Scenery, Poetry, Jewellery, Stationery, Luggage, Baggage, Damage, Percentage, Halt age, Knowledge, Breakage, Postage, Advice, Abuse, Information, Employment, Education, Bread, Work, Weather, Traffic, Land, Furniture, Pain, Filth, etc.

Rule No. 20th :- These nouns are always used as plural nouns :-
Troops, Premises, Precincts, victuals, Chattels, Arrears, Species, Headquarters, Thanks, Alms, Riches, Particulars, Earnings, Surroundings, Congratulations, Environs, etc.

Rule No. 21st :- These plural nouns seems to be singular:-
Cattle, Sheep, Deer, Gentry, Poultry, Electorate, Fleet, Yeomanry, etc.

Rule No. 22nd :- These singular nouns seems to be plural:-
Summons, News, Measles, Mumps, Rickets, Billiards, Gymanstics, Mathematics, Physics, Civics, Ethics, Politics, Statistics, Economics, Aesthetics, etc.

Rule No. 23rd :-A Pair of” is followed with these plural nouns, which makes this combination as singular. Such plural nouns are:-
Scissors, Tongs, Spectacles, Trousers, Pants, Pyjamas, Shorts, Bellows, Socks, etc.
Examples:- A pair of scissors is sharp.  

Rule No. 24th :- If a word is followed by a preposition and the preposition is again followed by the same word, the same words used will be singular.
Example:- village after village.
                   Word for word.
                   Hand to hand.
                   Page after page.
                   Raw upon raw. Etc.

Rule No. 25th :- The future tense is never used after these following words. Some of these words are:-
If, Below, After, Since, Because, As, No sooner, as soon as, Hardly, Scarcely, Unless, Until, When, etc
Example:-  If he will invite, I shall attend the party.       (Wrong Sentence)
                    If he invites, I shall attend the party.              (Right Sentence)
                    I shall go out when you will come.                 (Wrong Sentence)

                    I shall go out when you come.                         (Right Sentence)
